Working with the electrical and maintenance
teams, you can expect to become involved in several assignments and projects.
For example, you could be reviewing and upgrading electrical drawings, checking
existing wiring and preparing drawings for trades people, reviewing and
revising maintenance operating procedure, analyze data and prepare reports or
drafting new operating procedures.
Working with the environmental team, you can
expect to become involved in several assignments. You could find yourself
assisting with water sample collection for analysis, vegetation samples,
analyzing results, environmental monitoring programs, reclamation programs,
design and implementation of research programs, and preparation of reports.
Working with the mine maintenance team, your
duties may include participating in assessing hydraulic and mechanical issues
related to mining equipment, assisting with mechanical projects including
external sourcing of materials and preparing preliminary designs for a variety
of applications, assessing the design and condition of mechanical equipment,
and providing recommendations and follow through with ND testing and

drilling and blasting planning and design, assisting with short range planning,
site surveying and, taking on a field project related to pit operations
